Walmart agreed to acquire self-serve connected TV platform Vibe.co on Tuesday.
The deal expands Walmart Connect by helping small and medium-sized businesses launch and measure streaming TV campaigns.
Vibe.co technology will integrate with Walmart’s first-party shopper data to improve audience targeting and sales measurement.
This acquisition follows Walmart’s recent purchase of VIZIO and partnerships with Google and Magnite.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
