Nike, Inc. reported fiscal year 2026 revenues of $46.4 billion. Revenues remained flat compared to the prior year. On a currency-neutral basis, revenues declined 2%.

Net income for the fiscal year reached $3.1 billion. This marks a 3% decrease from fiscal 2025. Diluted earnings per share also fell 3% to $2.10.

Performance was mixed across channels and regions. The NIKE Brand's wholesale revenues rose 6%. NIKE Direct, its direct-to-consumer channel, saw a 6% decline.

North America experienced growth. This was countered by softness in Greater China and EMEA. The Converse brand experienced a significant 31% revenue decline.

The company returned approximately $2.5 billion to shareholders. This was achieved through dividends and share repurchases.
