Roche and Nurix Therapeutics have entered an exclusive agreement to co-develop and co-commercialize bexobrutideg. The investigational drug is a Bruton’s Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) degrader. The collaboration targets clinical development for B-cell malignancies, immunology, and neurology. This partnership complements Roche’s existing portfolio in haematology.

Nurix will receive an upfront cash payment of $700 million. Total deal value could reach $2.3 billion through development, regulatory, and sales milestones. Both companies will share development costs and split profits and losses from U.S. commercialization. Roche will manage all commercialization efforts in other global regions.
