Roche and Nurix Therapeutics are entering a global collaboration to co-develop and co-commercialize bexobrutide. This oral BTK degrader targets B-cell malignancies, immunology, and neurology indications.

Nurix will receive a $700 million upfront payment. The agreement includes up to $2.3 billion in potential milestone payments.

Roche will cover 60% of all development costs. The partners will split U.S. profits and losses equally.

Roche will manage commercialization in all other global markets. Nurix is eligible to receive tiered royalties on these international sales.
