Barclays adjusted its outlook on Oklo Inc. on October 20, maintaining an Overweight rating. It cut its price target to $59 from $76.
Oklo’s stock has fallen 83% from its high in October 2025. The new target implies 117% upside from the stock’s October 19 closing price.
The decline has been attributed to heavy capital spending, shareholder dilution from repeated stock sales, and broader pressure on nuclear stocks as interest rates rise. Piper Sandler lowered its target to $49 a day earlier.
