Everspin Technologies partnered with Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors to integrate MRAM technology into memory solutions for aerospace and defense. Teledyne will offer Everspin's 256Mb PERSYST spin-transfer torque MRAM (STT-MRAM) to military and aerospace customers.
The collaboration targets demanding applications including avionics, satellite electronics, radar, and autonomous systems. MRAM's non-volatile nature and high-speed performance are critical for these applications. Customer availability is slated for the fourth quarter of 2026. The agreement also includes other Everspin MRAM products, offering a range of options for various program requirements.
