Honeywell International will complete the spin-off of its aerospace division on June 29, 2026.
The new entity, Honeywell Aerospace, will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol HONA.
The parent company will be renamed Honeywell Technologies and continue trading under the ticker HON.
S&P Dow Jones Indices will add Honeywell Aerospace to the S&P 500 and S&P 100 indices on June 29.
Honeywell Technologies will retain its current membership in the S&P 500.
The strategic separation allows each independent company to focus on its respective automation and aerospace markets.
