Honeywell Technologies completed the all-cash sale of its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions (WWS) business to private equity firm American Industrial Partners (AIP). The divested unit includes the Intelligrated and Transnorm brands. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The sale streamlines Honeywell’s operations to focus on its pure-play automation portfolio. This strategy targets the building, industrial, and process end markets.
This divestiture follows the spin-off of Honeywell’s Aerospace Technologies business and the sale of its Personal Protective Equipment unit. These changes reflect Honeywell’s ongoing effort to prioritize long-term growth in industrial automation.
