Anthropic is preparing to release a new AI model with improved reasoning and intuition, according to a person who has used it. The model reportedly infers users’ underlying intentions and goals from limited information.
In testing, it identified systemic causes behind individual software bugs and suggested broader fixes, rather than addressing only the immediate problem. It also reportedly generated more creative, unconventional solutions than existing AI systems.
The development adds to competition in the AI market, as Google and OpenAI are also reportedly preparing to launch new models.
