Alphabet expanded its Enhanced Local Services Ads for Home Listings to all 50 U.S. states on June 11. The nationwide rollout follows a limited pilot program. This move signals a major entry into an online real estate market currently led by Zillow and Redfin.

The service integrates property pricing, images, and features directly into Google Search results. Real estate data platform HouseCanary provides the listing information for the ads.

Users can connect with local agents via phone, message, or appointment booking directly from the advertisement. The feature allows Google to capture potential homebuyers at the start of their search process.
