Ecolab revised its fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings per share guidance to a range of $8.03 to $8.23. This updated forecast represents a 7% to 9% increase compared to 2025. The company expects organic sales growth to accelerate during the second half of the year.
The acquisition significantly expands Ecolab's footprint in the high-growth data center cooling market. Management now targets $4 billion in annual sales for its Global High-Tech business by 2030.
