Singapore Airlines is holding preliminary talks with Airbus and Boeing for at least 50 wide-body jets. This potential order supports the carrier’s fleet renewal and growth strategy for the next decade.
The airline is evaluating the Airbus A350-1000 and the Boeing 777X. These models represent two of the largest long-haul aircraft currently available.
The agreement may include options for dozens of additional aircraft to expand total capacity. Singapore Airlines, Airbus, and Boeing declined to comment on the confidential negotiations.
