Zoom launched ZoomMate today, an AI assistant that converts meeting discussions into actionable tasks. The tool is currently available to customers in North America.
The assistant integrates with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and ServiceNow. It uses agentic search to retrieve data across these systems without requiring users to switch applications.
ZoomMate automates workflows such as scheduling, task creation, and the generation of documents or presentations. The service costs $20 per user per month.
This launch supports Zoom's transition toward a comprehensive, AI-first work platform. The company plans to expand the service to Europe and Asia later this year.
