Zoom launched a new data center in Saudi Arabia to expand the kingdom's digital capacity. The facility operates within a center3 data center to support evolving infrastructure needs.

This move fulfills a $75 million investment pledge Zoom previously made to the country. The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Digital Government Authority patronized the launch event.

The expansion aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the 2026 Year of AI designation. Local data residency capabilities will now serve government entities, enterprises, and critical infrastructure organizations.

Zoom recently introduced the ZoomMate AI teammate and an AI Productivity Suite to integrate advanced technology into regional workflows.
