Xos Inc. launched its 2.5MWh Power Hub, a containerized behind-the-meter storage system for industrial sites. The scalable product line offers capacities ranging from 1.2 MWh to 4 MWh. Deployment occurs within days to bypass multi-year grid interconnection delays.
The launch targets surging power demand from AI and data centers facing grid capacity constraints. Xos built the hub using architecture from its existing mobile EV charging platform. The company has already deployed more than 250 MWh of storage across North America.
