• WhiteFiber’s November 3 announcement said approximately 35 MW of its 40 MW deployment was operational, with the remaining 5 MW still being brought online.
• Financing documentation and closing requirements remain outstanding, with no assurance financing will be completed.
• The release also announced completion of the $60 million NC-2 and NC-3 site acquisition; the report was scheduled for November 10.
