Workday and Google Cloud expanded their partnership to embed generative AI agents into HR and finance workflows. This collaboration integrates Workday’s Sana Self-Service Agent into Google’s Gemini Enterprise.
Employees can perform tasks like checking time-off balances or viewing payslips within existing applications. Google’s Gemini will now serve as the default AI model for the Workday Sana platform.
A connection between Gemini and the Workday Data Cloud enables immediate actions on business data. The integration ensures business information never leaves Workday’s secure environment. The new agent is currently in early access for eligible customers.
