Ray Dalio's Bridgewater Associates significantly reduced its position in Vertiv Holdings (VRT), a provider of critical digital infrastructure, during the second quarter of 2026. According to its latest 13F filing, the hedge fund cut its holdings by 83.46%, from over 429,000 shares down to approximately 71,000. This trade reduced the reported value of Bridgewater's stake from $107.7 million to $23.8 million as of the end of the quarter.

As with all 13F filings, this disclosure reflects a position held at the end of June and does not necessarily represent the firm's current holdings. The trades occurred between March 31 and June 30, a period during which Vertiv reported strong Q2 results, with a 60% increase in adjusted earnings per share and raised full-year guidance, though revenue slightly missed estimates. Bridgewater has not publicly commented on its reasons for the sale.
