Voyager Technologies (NYSE: VOYG) agreed to acquire lunar delivery pioneer Astrobotic Technology for up to $300 million. The cash-and-stock transaction is expected to close by early July 2026, pending regulatory approval.

The deal integrates Astrobotic’s Peregrine and Griffin landers and LunaGrid power systems into Voyager’s portfolio. This infrastructure supports NASA’s Artemis program and the goal of a permanent U.S. lunar presence.

Astrobotic’s Pittsburgh headquarters will serve as the hub for Voyager’s lunar operations. The acquisition establishes Voyager as a comprehensive provider of lunar infrastructure and services.
