Veralto Corporation acquired Alfaa UV, an Indian specialist in ultraviolet (UV) water treatment solutions. This move integrates Alfaa UV into Veralto’s Trojan Technologies business.
Alfaa UV provides industrial and commercial water purification with over two decades of experience. The company’s portfolio serves the pharmaceutical and food and beverage sectors.
Veralto will use Alfaa UV’s established commercial presence to expand across the Asia-Pacific region. Increasing water scarcity is accelerating global demand for sustainable water solutions.
Veralto generates approximately $5.5 billion in annual sales. The company employs around 17,000 people globally.
