UPS and FedEx secured contract modifications from the U.S. Transportation Command. Each modification carries an estimated value of $2.72 billion.

The agreement covers continued express and ground small-package delivery services. These services fall under the Next Generation Delivery Service-2 (NGDS-2) program.

The modifications encompass both international and domestic shipments. They secure services for an option period. This period runs from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2030.

This ensures continuity of critical delivery operations. It supports various U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Defense.
