Lime plans to name Uber as an anchor investor for its upcoming U.S. initial public offering. The company expects to file an updated prospectus on June 22, 2026. A roadshow for the offering begins this week.

Lime aims to raise approximately $200 million through the listing. The company targets a total valuation of roughly $1.8 billion. Lime originally filed for its IPO in May.

Uber currently holds an ownership stake of more than 10% in the micromobility firm. Integration with the Uber app generated 14.3% of Lime's total revenue in 2025.

Uber also guaranteed a $115 million loan for Lime that matures in September. This financial backstop serves to bolster investor confidence ahead of the debut.
