In a quarterly disclosure for the period ending June 30, 2026, London-based investment manager Lindsell Train reported a reduction in its stake in Thermo Fisher Scientific by 16.64%. The firm sold approximately 102,700 shares, bringing its total holding down to 514,510 shares. This transaction, disclosed in a delayed 13F filing with the SEC, had an estimated value of $51.5 million and left the firm's remaining position valued at nearly $258 million.

The sale was part of a broader pattern of reductions across Lindsell Train's largest US holdings during the second quarter. Despite the share reduction, Thermo Fisher Scientific's weight in the firm's reported US portfolio actually increased slightly to 9.81%, making it one of the manager's top five positions. The trimming occurred before Thermo Fisher announced strong Q2 results in late July, where it raised its financial outlook for 2026.
