TIC Solutions, formerly known as Acuren Corporation, completed three acquisitions. These deals are expected to contribute approximately $90 million in annualized revenue.
The company acquired Edmonton-based GeoVerra to establish a major geospatial and engineering presence in Canada. TIC also purchased UK-based Core Group to provide a platform for European growth. Core Group specializes in commissioning services for data centers and commercial infrastructure.
These moves enhance TIC’s capabilities in power grid modernization and mission-critical building systems. The strategy targets expanded service offerings for the infrastructure, energy, and utility sectors.
