SurgePays Forms Joint Venture to Scale Wireless Distribution to 20,000+ Dealers

SurgePays, Inc. announced the formation of a new joint venture, Redline Wireless Group, LLC, with a major U.S. wireless master distribution organization. The venture aims to significantly expand the distribution of SurgePays' LinkUp Mobile prepaid wireless services by leveraging the partner's national network of over 20,000 independent dealers.

• Joint Venture Structure: The JV, named Redline Wireless Group, was formed on August 3, 2026. SurgePays holds a 51% controlling interest, with the partner holding the remaining 49%.
• Strategic Combination: Redline will combine SurgePays' MVNO platform, back-office infrastructure, and the LinkUp Mobile brand with the partner's extensive distribution channel of more than 20,000 active dealers.
• Financial Outlook: SurgePays expects the new entity to be cash flow positive from its first month of commercial operations and will consolidate it as a majority-owned subsidiary. The partners share a goal of exceeding 1 million subscribers.
