🟢 Summerset is trading 9.02% up today after 1H26 IFRS net profit rose 92%

Summerset is trading at $8.58, up +9.02% after August 27, 2026 half-year results showed IFRS net profit up 92% to NZ$171.4 million and revenue up 16% to NZ$200.3 million.

• Cash flow from existing operations surged 291% to NZ$31.0 million, while total occupation-right sales rose 17% to 813.
• Underlying profit fell 3% to NZ$103.4 million, but Summerset declared a 3.8-cent final dividend.
