Elon Musk’s xAI officially rebranded to SpaceXAI on July 6, 2026. The company unveiled a new logo and updated its social media handles. This move completes the full integration of the AI developer into SpaceX, a plan Musk confirmed in May 2026.
The rebranding follows SpaceX’s all-stock acquisition of xAI on February 2, 2026. SpaceX subsequently launched a historic initial public offering in June 2026. The IPO raised $75 billion, marking the largest on record.
The company reached a valuation of approximately $1.77 trillion. This consolidation supports SpaceX’s strategy to lead the AI infrastructure market. The firm plans to build orbital data centers to advance this goal.
