SpaceX will provide Starlink satellite internet service to 120 Vietjet aircraft. The deal with Vietnam's largest private airline will be announced during Vietnamese President To Lam's visit to New York. The announcement is scheduled for a business conference on September 23, 2026.
The presidential visit will unveil this agreement among up to 29 commercial deals between U.S. and Vietnamese companies. The partnership expands SpaceX's in-flight internet services in the Asian market. Starlink's commercial satellite internet service launched in Vietnam in August 2026.
