SLB’s OneSubsea joint venture secured an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract from bp. The agreement provides a subsea boosting system for the Thunder Horse project in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This award marks the third similar contract bp has granted OneSubsea, following previous deals for the Kaskida and Tiber developments.
