SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won ordered an immediate AI transformation across all company operations at the 2026 Icheon Forum. He introduced a one-person, one-agent strategy to move beyond personal use toward an integrated system that enhances organizational performance.

Chey described the initiative as a once-in-a-generation opportunity to maintain the group's competitive edge. The strategy requires a fundamental redesign of business operations to embed AI at every level for increased efficiency and innovation.

The chairman plans to create multiple personal AI agents to facilitate communication with management and employees across SK subsidiaries. The group will leverage external AI models and internal technologies, including SK Telecom’s proprietary large language model, A.Dot.
