SK Hynix’s U.S.-listed American depositary receipts (ADRs) could join the Nasdaq 100 if the chipmaker expands the number of shares available to investors, according to Goldman Sachs. The bank said the company’s October 28 earnings report could be a catalyst for the move, which may prompt significant passive investment inflows. Expanding the ADR pool would be necessary for inclusion.

SK Hynix shares fell 5.49% on South Korea’s market on October 22, 2026. In U.S. premarket trading, the stock also declined, giving back some of the previous day’s gains.
