SoftBank Group and SoftBank Corp. will establish a new US-based company called SB Neo in July 2026.
SoftBank Corp. will hold a 51% majority stake in the venture, while SoftBank Group owns the remaining 49%.
The company targets the neocloud market by providing AI model training and inference services to large US enterprises and hyperscalers.
Commercial operations are scheduled to begin in the fiscal year ending March 2028.
SB Neo will leverage SoftBank’s 10-gigawatt-scale energy and AI infrastructure currently under development in the US.
The venture plans to expand its computing capacity in phases to address high market demand.
