SoftBank Group and SoftBank Corp. formed a U.S. joint venture called SB Neo. SoftBank Corp. controls a 51% stake in the entity. SoftBank Group holds the remaining 49% share.
The partners plan to incorporate the business in July 2026. Service delivery is scheduled to begin in fiscal year 2027.
SB Neo will provide GPU cloud services to U.S. enterprises and large-scale providers. The venture aims to reach 10 gigawatts of data center capacity by 2030. This expansion positions SoftBank to compete directly with established cloud infrastructure giants.
