SAP SE launched its generative AI assistant, Joule, within the SAP for Me customer portal. This conversational interface simplifies support access and provides users with guided insights.

The AI capabilities automate support by analyzing incoming requests and identifying duplicate cases. Joule also assists support agents by drafting responses to streamline service workflows.

SAP began a phased rollout of the tool in May 2026. The company is providing Joule to customers at no additional cost to enhance its enterprise AI service offerings.
