XCF Global, Inc. signed a Joint Commercialization and Development Agreement with Continual Renewable Ventures Pty Ltd and New Rise Australia Pty Ltd. The partnership will advance the New Rise ANZ renewable fuels platform.
The partners will co-develop, finance, and operate a HEFA-based refinery in Australia. This facility has a planned annual production capacity of 175 million liters of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and renewable diesel.
XCF Global will provide technical and project support for the integrated platform. The company may earn up to a 10% equity interest in the project entity based on development milestones and a final investment decision.
