Pernod Ricard US CEO Conor MacQuaid unveiled a recovery plan following a 14% drop in annual US sales. The strategy focuses on affordability and core brands like Jameson and Absolut.

The company will expand its Ready-to-Drink (RTD) portfolio and introduce smaller bottle formats. These measures target economic pressures and shifting consumer health trends.

MacQuaid attributed the downturn to inflation and consumer apprehension in the spirits market. The US decline follows full-year results showing significant weakness in both the US and China.
