Roche reported new Phase III data showing that its investigational multiple sclerosis (MS) drug fenebrutinib reduced markers of chronic brain inflammation.

Pooled data from the FENhance 1 & 2 trials showed a 55% reduction in the annualized relapse rate versus an active comparator. The findings were presented at the MSToronto2026 meeting.

The results suggest fenebrutinib could be a treatment option for relapsing and primary progressive forms of MS. Roche also presented positive data for Ocrevus in children and for Enspryng in another autoimmune disease.
