Regeneron Pharmaceuticals will present new late-breaking clinical data at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2026 Congress. The presentations will include longer-term overall survival outcomes from the Phase 3 C-POST trial of Libtayo (cemiplimab) as an adjuvant treatment for patients with high-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) after surgery and radiation.

The data will include approximately 3.5 years of follow-up. Regeneron says the findings will further support Libtayo’s role as a standard of care in this setting.

The company will also present research on inhibiting Factor XI to address cancer-associated thrombosis, a significant complication in which bleeding risks often limit the use of current anticoagulants. Regeneron will highlight ten abstracts across various cancers.
