Anduril is partnering with Qualcomm to launch BlueChip, a line of laptops designed and assembled in the United States. The initiative aims to reduce reliance on foreign supply chains for critical government infrastructure and rebuild U.S. computer manufacturing capabilities.
The rugged, waterproof laptops will target government, defense, first responder and public safety customers. They will use Qualcomm Snapdragon X Series processors and be assembled at Anduril’s facility in Ohio.
Initial prototypes source more than 90% of their components from the U.S. and allied nations. Anduril’s long-term goal is a fully domestic supply chain. The company plans to begin taking orders in 2027.
