Wells Fargo & Company initiated coverage on Pinterest (NYSE:PINS) Tuesday with an overweight rating.

The firm set a price target of $25.00 for the stock. This target represents a potential upside of 36.8% from the previous close.

Several law firms recently filed class-action lawsuits against the company. The suits allege Pinterest made misleading statements regarding U.S. tariff impacts on advertising revenue between February 2025 and February 2026.

These legal actions follow disappointing quarterly results and guidance released in February 2026. Pinterest attributed the lower performance to reduced spending by advertising partners affected by tariffs.
