Orla Mining is set to resume operations at its Camino Rojo gold mine in Zacatecas, Mexico. Federal labor authorities ruled the worker blockade illegal, stating it fell outside the legal framework for collective bargaining.

The stoppage began on June 1 due to disputes over profit-sharing and productivity bonuses. Orla Mining committed to resuming bonus negotiations once normal operations are restored.

The resolution secures production targets ahead of a planned merger with Equinox Gold. Orla shares rose 1.8% in premarket trading on June 4 following the announcement.
