NEXTDC is trading 43.9% down at A$5.15 after delayed power supply to its M3 Melbourne data centre prompted a sharp cut to FY27 guidance.
- Net revenue guidance is now A$475–500 million, from A$615–640 million; underlying EBITDA guidance is A$245–265 million, from A$385–410 million.
- Jemena works, part of the suspended electricity-network works, are not expected to restart before February 2027; the next grid-supply increase is expected in FY28. NEXTDC cited deferred customer capacity billing.
