Nvidia unveiled DSX POD at its GTC Berlin conference, a modular, containerized reference design for building AI data centers. The system aims to reduce deployment time for Vera Rubin-based AI factories from six months to as little as 14 days by moving integration and validation to manufacturing facilities before delivery.

The factory-built approach is designed to meet surging demand for AI infrastructure while reducing on-site construction complexity, labor requirements and potential delays. Nvidia is working with global partners including Dell Technologies, Foxconn, HPE and Schneider Electric to deliver DSX POD systems worldwide starting in early 2027.
