NVIDIA announced the Alpamayo 2 Super at GTC Taipei on June 1, 2026. This open reasoning model features 32 billion parameters. It aims to accelerate the development of level 4 autonomous robotaxis. The system reasons, plans, and acts across the entire driving stack.
This vision-language-action (VLA) model expands upon previous 10-billion-parameter versions. The architecture provides improved 3D spatial understanding. It also enables 360-degree perception for autonomous vehicles.
NVIDIA introduced AlpaGym to support reinforcement learning. The company also launched OmniDreams for simulating complex driving scenarios. Developers can access the model on GitHub and Hugging Face starting this summer.
