Nintendo's latest Direct presentation unveiled a software slate for the Switch and the upcoming Switch 2 console. The company announced a full remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. This title will launch in 2026 as a Switch 2 exclusive.

Kingdom Hearts IV will also be available on the Switch 2 hardware. Nintendo scheduled Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave for release on September 17, 2026. Xenoblade Genesis is set to launch in 2027.

These announcements establish a software pipeline extending through 2027. The lineup includes both first-party developments and third-party support.
