NeuroSense Therapeutics has signed a strategic agreement with an unnamed advisor to supply its lead ALS drug candidate, PrimeC, to U.S. patients before full marketing approval. The program aims to meet sustained demand from patients and physicians seeking access to the investigational therapy outside clinical trials.
NeuroSense plans to provide PrimeC through a licensed clinical treatment center, using a pathway that allows early access to certain therapies. The company expects the program to generate revenue and is targeting the first half of 2027 to begin sales, subject to regulatory and operational requirements. The program will run alongside NeuroSense’s ongoing clinical trials.
