ServiceNow and OpenAI have expanded their partnership to embed AI more deeply into enterprise workflows. The collaboration will integrate OpenAI models and agents into ServiceNow’s platform for development, security and IT operations.
A new ServiceNow plugin for ChatGPT will let users initiate and manage secure, governed workflows directly from the chat interface.
The companies will also jointly develop cybersecurity solutions that combine OpenAI models with ServiceNow enterprise data to help teams identify and mitigate threats.
OpenAI will adopt ServiceNow’s platform for its internal operations. ServiceNow will provide employees with access to OpenAI’s ChatGPT Work and Codex tools.
The integrations are expected to roll out in phases through late 2026 and 2027.
