NICE CEO Scott Russell told Globes the company completed the integration of AI firm Cognigy in June. This milestone was achieved six months ahead of schedule.
Russell identified 2026 as a transition year for the company. Increased order volume is expected to drive revenue growth in 2027.
The company aims for cloud revenue to reach $3.5 billion by 2028. This target represents a 56% increase compared to 2025 levels. NICE expects annual cloud revenue growth between 17% and 19%.
AI-related services should constitute at least 30% of total revenue by 2028. This marks a significant rise from the current 14% share. Russell stated the downward revision of the Q1 2026 forecast range provides the company with more flexibility.
The CEO expressed a long-term commitment to leading the company’s transformation into an AI leader.
