An Anti-Defamation League (ADL) report identifies Cloudflare as an infrastructure provider for websites promoting violent extremism and terrorism. The report, highlighted by investment advisor JLens, found the company hosts propaganda and graphic violence for designated groups like ISIS.

JLens announced plans to vote against the election of certain Cloudflare board members at the 2026 annual meeting. The advisor cites insufficient board oversight in managing the risks associated with these clients.

Cloudflare historically positions itself as a neutral infrastructure provider. However, the company has previously terminated services for high-profile controversial sites following public pressure.
