Nestlé agreed to sell its mainstream vitamins and supplements business to US private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners for $1 billion. This divestment includes the Nature's Bounty and Puritan's Pride brands.
The divested portfolio generated approximately $1.2 billion in sales during 2025. These operations primarily span the United States, Canada, and China.
Nestlé will focus resources on premium, science-led brands such as Solgar and Pure Encapsulations. This strategy targets higher-growth areas within the nutrition and wellness sector.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval. Nestlé expects to complete the deal by the first half of 2027.
